The purpose of this deposition is to gather and obtain any and all information with respect to your alleged workers' compensation injuries and any other related injuries. We're not here to trick you or anything. We're just here to gather information. I must caution you, however, that the court reporter has sworn you in. While attending today may seem informal we're doing this via videoconference via Zoom your testimony today is subject to the penalty of perjury and has the same force and effect as if you were testifying in a court of law.

- Why does a work comp report take up to 4 days to turn around?
- This is because we often have to wait for Histories and/or record review reports from third parties who oftentimes take too long to get them to us and, the reports can range up to 50-400 or more than 500 to 5000 pages if a psych/AME/QME report including the entire pdf.
